Welcome to The Luminite Chapel

The Luminite Chapel is an online church that's taken many forms and iterations.  It's currently an open space for experimentation no matter your qualification or expertise.  Most offerings are 'lay-led' meaning that YOU are the one stepping into your truth and ministry for others in this space.

I (Rev. Cindy) also offer communion, coffee hour, and regular Clairvoyant Church services where we connect with and learn from the Marys, the Christs, and the Disciples of all kinds.  

Offerings include:

• Intimate morning prayer circles 3 times a week with rotating preachers including myself and other theologically savvy lay-leaders in the community
• Lay-led monthly theological Book Club; past books include This Here Flesh by Cole Arthur Riley, Universal Christ by Richard Rohr, Shameless by Nadia Bolz-Weber, Gifts of Imperfection Brene Brown)
• Weekly Lectio Divina led by the community
• Endless opportunity to engage with fellow community members on topics such as ex-vangelicalism, recovery, mysticism, poetry, spiritual mental health, and religious memes galore (we are not a glum lot!)

• Periodic discounts on Rev. Cindys 's healing and counseling services
• Advanced enrollment and scholarship opportunities for upcoming courses
• An opportunity to connect with other spiritual seekers

The Luminite Chapel community is also a way for me to offer my teachings at an accesible rate for folks who might not be able to afford my higher fees.  I LOVE to teach and share the various practices that have worked for me so this is a great way to show your support for people spreading good theological messages, which are so needed at this time.

Well, you are!  I like to plant more than a few theological seeds in this community but you all are the gardeners.  You are the ones who choose which seeds to tend, which to nurture, which to share with other gardens, which to designate as heirlooms.  

And here's a little about me as well:

I’m an ordained Unitarian Universalist minister and student of the Franciscan mystical tradition. I’ve served as a hospice chaplain, church minister, and public theologian in the Denver/Boulder area. 

I offer counseling and coaching sessions, shamanic healings, sacred scripture teachings, and online courses in subjects such as shamanic forgiveness, modern Christian iconography, and energetic hygiene. 

I also officiate weddings, funerals, baptism, and separation/loss ceremonies.

My professional training includes study of wetlands ecology, alpine biology, and pastoral theology. I weave these subjects together with Buddhist psychology, trauma-based healing theory, and the practice of offering Christ force blessing to support my clients, peers, and colleagues. 

I have completed the Advanced Practitioner Training programs with The Power Path School of Shamanism, am in ongoing Trance Medium study with the Boulder Psychic Institute, and teach for the Society for Shamanic Practice. 

All of these skills I use in service to you, your health, and your truth.  I can’t wait to work with you!
